Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and FameOS. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate information.
- One person, one account. Your account can show your own work and hire others; companies you add must be ones you’re allowed to represent.
- Keep your phone number secure — anyone with access to it can sign in.
Posting roles and hiring
- Roles must be real, lawful and described honestly, including pay, dates and how content will be used.
- Never charge talent to apply, register, audition or “complete a profile”. Postings that do are removed and the account may be banned.
- Unverified companies’ roles are reviewed before going live. Individuals hiring as themselves can have up to three paid or trade roles live at once.
- You are responsible for your contracts, payments, permits and the safety of your sets. FameOS isn’t a party to the agreements you make with each other and isn’t an employer or agency.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give FameOS a licence to host and display it so the service works (for example, on your profile and public link). Only upload work you have the right to share.
Verified credits and reviews
A credit is verified only when both sides confirm the work happened. Don’t confirm work that didn’t happen, and keep reviews honest and about the work.
Not allowed
- Scams, harassment, hate, sexual content involving anyone under 18, or unsafe working conditions.
- Asking for ID documents or money before a contract with a verified company.
- Scraping, spamming, or misusing other members’ information.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report anything from the app.
FameOS Academy
Academy lessons are general guidance to help you learn, not legal, financial or immigration advice. For contracts and visas, check official sources or a qualified professional.
Liability
FameOS is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for the conduct of other members. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may close accounts that break these terms.
