In the app

Open FameOS, go to Me, open Settings and tap Help. You’ll find answers to common questions there, and Write to us sends a message straight to our team. Our reply arrives in your notifications.

By email

Write to support@fameos.com. Tell us the email address or phone number you sign in with, so we can find your account.

Safety

To report a person, a message, a role or a post, open it and tap Report. Our team reviews every report. You can block anyone from their profile or a chat. Read how we keep members safe in our safety guide.

Your account and your data

Download a copy of your data or delete your account in Settings, under Your data. You can also delete your account without the app. For privacy questions write to privacy@fameos.com.
